Snow Lake Mountain Elopement Photos //Cheryl+Brandon// Seattle Washington Wedding Photography
As a huge nature lover, I’ve been dreaming of photographing a mountain wedding for a VERY long time—and Cheryl and Brandon’s adventure elopement was utterly amazing. A group of 20 close friends gathered in the misty morning at Snow Lake trailhead, complete with hiking boots and backpacks full of wedding attire, food and champagne, and began the trek up to their scouted wedding ceremony spot at 4400 ft. Vows were made on a cliffside in the clouds (seriously), and we then made our way down to the lake itself for a picnic reception with the entire group, sweeping views of the water and raw Washington beauty for our backdrop. You couldn’t ask for a more stunning wedding venue than this, and it suited them perfectly.

Golden Gardens Beach Park Seattle Wedding//Katy+Matt
Have you ever seen a bride and groom so happy to be wed, they literally skip and bound down the aisle after their first kiss? That was Katy and Matt in a nutshell. Their beautiful Seattle wedding at Goldens Gardens Park was full of whimsical happiness and beaming faces from beginning to end. Being well-accomplished artists who met in the world of musical theatre, there included fantastically entertaining song and dance elements by both them and honored guests alike, and seeing their expressive hearts sharing their love was an absolute gift to witness.

Oregon Coast Destination Wedding//Teodora+Kyle
Oh, this day. The Oregon coast never looked more epic than with Teodora and Kyle’s gorgeous destination wedding. A private residence in Otter Rock, with a path leading to the beach alongside the Devil’s Punchbowl, and their tribe of closest friends and family traveling from far away made it so personal, SO memorable, and was so breathtaking it was like out of a dream. And this group was SO. FUN. From wandering the old growth woods, to barefoot strolls on the rocky coastline, to hearing toasts that brought everyone to laughing-tears, this day showed the best of what love and community is.

Elegant Olympic Rooftop Pavilion Wedding//Old Ballard Seattle, WA
Marissa and Tristan's elegant Olympic Rooftop Pavilion wedding highlighted the most beautiful view and feel of Old Ballard, and they made the entire neighborhood a part of their celebration by including their first look at Bastille, taking a stroll through the Ballard Locks, and spending time with those closest to them at local favorites Percy's and Stoneburner. For even more stunning details, they topped it off with a live jazz quartet, strung lights and an outdoor fireplace for an absolutely, breathtakingly perfect evening to celebrate love.

DeLille Cellars, Woodinville WA Wedding//Stephanie+Steven
Stephanie and Steven's southern-infused winery wedding was the perfect combination of classy, romantic and raucous fun with all their nearest and dearest. The fairytale grounds of the gorgeous De Lille Cellars gave us endless playing spaces for their wooded ceremony and tented reception, and oh my word, can this group throw a good dance party. Other special details included their adorable furbaby ring-bearer, the jaw-droppingly crafted DIY cake and decor, alpacas watching us from across the fence, and the end of the night topped off with a swoon-worthy cinematic sparkler exit. Oolala!
Kerry Park, Seattle WA Wedding//Kelsie+John
Kelsie and John's wedding had me bouncy with excitement the very moment I met them: Two adorable and goofy nerds with a fabulous aesthetic for color, who had their first date at Card Kingdom (where we later shot their engagement session).,..and the icing on the cake? They had their actual wedding ceremony at Seattle's iconic Kerry Park, overlooking the gorgeous skyline and Puget Sound. Follow that up with a candy salad bar, endless tacos, video games, giant scrabble to announce their newly combined last name, a surprise silly love song performance and a storm trooper bride bib, and you have the most charmingly offbeat wedding day you could wish for.
Fireseed Catering Whidbey Island, WA Wedding// Cori+Stuart
Cori and Stuart's Whidbey Island Wedding at Fireseed Catering was something out of a dream, set in a gorgeous woodland wonderland with sweeping views surrounding the venue. Family, friends and their deeply rooted love of music set the tone for the sun-filled outdoor ceremony, followed by a vibrant reception and one of THE best dance parties you could hope to attend. In the words of Shakespeare: "If music be the food of love, play on." I wish I could play this day on repeat.
Roche Harbor WA Wedding // Lindsey+Kevin
Lindsey is such a near and dear friend in my life, and what an honor it was to be a part of her and Kevin's San Juan Island wedding in beautiful Roche Harbor. My heart burst with excitement when they set aside time for us to tour and photograph around the entire island, wandering through lavender fields, seaside cliffs and the entirely of Roche Harbor itself. The nautical theme of anchors, coral and navy blue tones and Lindsey's blue-tinted gown complimented this wild-hearted wedding down to every last gorgeous detail. There is something otherworldly about love in the San Juan Islands, and witnessing the two of them tie the knot was simply magical.
